Spain's conservative People's Party wins 34.2% of the vote, ahead of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez's Socialist Workers' Party with 30.2%.
Almost all the votes have been counted. Recall that Sanchez recently called for the recognition of a Palestinian state and condemned Israel's actions in the Gaza Strip

Well, not that much drama. Close election as usual.
Spain - Conservatives win Euro elections
But the Spanish delegation is not clearly right wing.
Out of 61 Euro reps for Spain -
PP (like US Republicans) - 22
Vox (Spanish MAGA) - 6
PSOE (Socialists) - 20
Other left wing (Sumar/Podemos) - 5
Somewhat libertarian, goes right usually (SALF) - 3
Regional left (Ahora Republicas) - 3
Regional (Junts, CEUS) - 2
I make it just slightly right - 31/61, with 2 uncertain depending on regional interests.
A big improvement though.
Maybe Pedro can move to “Palestine.” Oh, wait, there’s no such place on the map.
Awsome. Where do I vote for it... with Rashida too.
Cheers
Good news...
Thanks and Gracias
