Joe Biden has a long history of plagiarism. And when he appeared at the D-Day ceremonies on Normandy he continued in this endeavor by stealing a Candid Camera skit. However, credit to Biden for actually improving on the Candid Camera skit by pulling it off at a solemn public ceremony rather than on a mere elevator.
