Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) has claimed that former President Donald Trump’s rhetoric on “revenge” following his conviction will spark a civil war.

During an appearance on MSNBC’s “The Saturday Show,” Host Jonathan Capehart said, “Congresswoman Waters, your name has been invoked several times. We will give you the last word. What do you think?”

Waters then imploded to an unhinged rant.
