I’ve been in plenty of countries in which “green” goes straight to the black market. Bar owners and others handling large sums of substitutes for cash will offer whatever it takes to get your green, typically about 25% to 50% more than face value, all with an eye to get out of the hell hole they live in, just like scumbag Joe’s vision for the U.S. during his second term.
