A murderer is always right in today’s America. As long as it is an unborn or partially born baby that is being killed and not an animal.

Yes you are deflecting, wishing to make selective prosecution arguments rather than answering the question stated, clearly trying to deflect and change the argument.

I asked you would you be Saying these people shouldn’t be prosecuted if they were blocking access to a gun range rather than an abortion clinic. That’s not deflecting that’s pointing out the selective outrage.

The law is the law, these people felt compelled to violate it for their reasons, that is their decision, but part of that decision is you accept the consequences of violating the law.

I don’t care what your cause is, or whether I agree or disagree with it, if you choose to violate the law, you have made a conscious choice that you will face the consequences of doing so.

If the law is unjust and selective prosecution is being employed I don't think you can be satisfied with just accepting the unjust law's sentencing. Another part of the reason for breaking the unjust law is to destroy the unjust law and its unjust penalties.
