Worse than that is that...
Biden has not reported being in a permanent vacation in the White House, the multi-billion dollars house of the people. He’s not doing anything there, other that sleeping and eating and occasionally being present for dignitaries that visit that house. The work is being done by many others. and Biden is just vacationing and even pretending to be president.
