The obesity crisis started when fed driven scientists started sounding the alarm that sunshine causes cancer and we should slather on sunscreen and hide inside (a later covid advise, as well). Take away our vitamin D and we become fat, sickly, and stupid...no matter how much or how little we eat.

The government’s new *food pyramid, that is very carb heavy, sure didn’t help either.

Carbs cause a lot of people to pack on weight.

Of course, screen time sure plays into that. Eat real food, and get off your butt and obesity won’t be nearly the problem.
