Hold on though. I was corrected about the FISA vote. He did NOT vote for the warrantless FISA. I’m so glad to hear that, and so glad I was corrected. So please don’t let what I said mislead you.
He did vote for the Ukraine aid without US border security provisions in it.
He probably has an explanation for it. I’m not trying to accuse anybody of anything, but I am asking the serious question of what would stop the Deep State from forcing even a very principled and upright man or woman to vote in a bad way.
We’ve seen the depths to which the Deep State will go to try to get rid of Trump. I don’t think we can rule anything out at this point, especially knowing some of the capabilities the Deep State has carved out for themselves. They wouldn’t do that if they didn’t mean to use those capabilities.
