On April 13, 2024, Iran executed a large air strike against Israel. What unfolded next was a bizarre series of claims and statements with worldwide implications---and the distinct possibility that Iran intentionally set up the strikes to fail. This video covers what happened, what's next, and what viewers wanted to know about the topic.

99% miss by Iron Dome today. What?!? No 72 hour notice? That’s just not fair.

This escalation comes a day after Israel kills senior members of the Shiite group. Tensions with Iran are reaching new heights after a series of strikes and counterstrikes.”

Come on. Iran gets to ‘save face’ with an attack. Totally ineffective. They save face and the Europeans are laughing at them.
“99% miss by Iron Dome today.”
You win some, you lose some. Iron Dome has a long track record, David’s Sling is more recent and also more cost effective. But sometimes they get one in.
What is not helping is treating the latest drone attack as if it is an episode of a soap opera all by itself. Iran was behind the October 7 massacre. Their Quds force used their embassy in Syria as a command post which is why Israel destroyed it. Iran launched 300 missiles at Israel in response.
Iran launching 300 drones was an escalation the Middle East has never seen before. It was Iran's actions that lead to the creation of the Middle East Air Defense plan. Iran's undeclared, or perhaps better said unrecognized, states war with so many other countries is why such a defense exists.
Now Iran's message is "all done, please stop Israel from overreacting". Iran and the Biden administration are acting as if the last six months and what lead up to them did not exist. They are pretending it is all on Israel to avoid escalation when the only side escalating is Iran. This is not going to work forever.
Iran’s missiles and drones are shown to be paper tigers against a sophisticated defense.
I have sensed that the Iranian response was theatre. Advance notice given? Many fell in isolated areas, almost no damage. Few ballistic/no guidance? By design? Satisfied Iranian domestic and international audience.
They could have done better but did not.
Feint attacks with cheap drones depleted the Iron Dome. Military targets struck by real missiles. Israeli defenses exposed. Messages sent.
I must disagree with you.
Israel’s attack on an embassy was the escalation. Even if it was an al Quds base.
The Iranian response was all show, no effect.
Better for Israel to finish the war in the south rather than fight a two sided war
