Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) underwent emergency surgery Tuesday night to remove a blood clot and was diagnosed with a rare and potentially life-threatening disorder, potentially imperiling the GOP’s House majority.
Her hospitalization comes as she vies for the GOP nomination in Colorado’s 4th District seat in the November general election. She is running to replace RINO congressman Ken Buck, who resigned from Congress last month.
Boebert announced in December she would drop Colorado’s Third Congressional District to run in the Fourth.
Boebert’s campaign issued a statement in a Facebook post revealing the 37-year-old GOP congresswoman was admitted to UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland after experiencing swelling in her upper left leg. The doctors subsequently diagnosed Boebert with a condition known as May-Thurner syndrome, which interferes with a person’s blood flow.

This is all we need. If she gets really immobilized with this syndrome, she won't be able to campaign. I wish her well but this is not looking good for us retaining the House.

Trump needs to get out there to wish her well and select a replacement for ultra-RINO Buck

I wish her well but this is not looking good for us retaining the House. She isn't retaining her CD3 seat.
Instead, she's attempting to carpet bag to CD4.
We have a lot better candidates than her in CD4 who have much better moral character.
Wish her well in her recovery - but she needs to go take care of her family instead of seeking power in Washington.

To: Mr. K
Agreed. The media will take advantage of her illness and say her condition isn’t worth the vote.

Never sit for more than an hour. Walk around every hour, especially during flights. Eliquis keeps blood clots in check nicely.

I imagine both CO-3 and CO-4 are more likely to remain Republican since she is leaving. She almost lost her seat last year to a Democrat, but won’t a more normal Republican easily hold the Durango seat?

Lauren Boebert Undergoes Emergency Surgery, is Diagnosed with Rare and Potentially-Life Threatening Disorder — GOP Majority in House at Risk This is all starting to smell like enemy action. This is begging too much of coincidence. Too many people leaving or being incapacitated at the same time.
Democrats plan to take over the congress and legislate a tsunami of sh*t before Trump gets there to throw the brakes on.

Democrats plan to take over the congress and legislate a tsunami of sh*t before Trump gets there to throw the brakes on. The People let this happen and get what they have allowed. No sympathies whatsoever. I just hope there are enough willing to go out in a blaze of glory rather than a slow walk to the boxcars.

    May-Thurner Syndrome:
May-Thurner syndrome is a condition that affects blood flow. It occurs when the right iliac artery, which sends blood to your right leg, presses on the left iliac vein, which carries blood from your left leg to your heart. Some people have no symptoms of May-Thurner syndrome. Others develop deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clots in the legs.
