My hypothesis: The people who run New York City want violent serial criminals to hurt as many people as possible. If I’m wrong, then please offer a better explanation for why they keep releasing the same violent serial criminals again and again and again

Benjamin Crump *spit* who walked arm and arm across the bridge in Selma with K Harris has a “solution “ 3/2024
“They come up with things to profile us for,” Crump said. “I believe this with everything in my heart – we can get rid of all the crime in America overnight, just like that, and people ask, ‘How, Attorney Crump?’

“Change the definition of ‘crime,’” he said. “If you get to define what conduct is going to be made criminal, you can predict who the criminals are going to be. … They made the laws to criminalize our culture, Black culture.”

“And how we burned in the camps…”

The problem is, the NKVD (NYPD) would go after the good guys if they tried to restore some balance.

Exactly right, they are useful tools. Every policy they practice is geared towards reducing population. The violent criminals are doing a job well done towards the end goal.

Right you are, but not just Cloward-Piven, but Alinsky as well, with his Rules for Radicals. And George Soros and his support given to liberal District Attorneys, who are the practitioners of revolving door justice.

The point of allowing shoplifting is to promote the belief that there should be no private property. Everything belongs to the state, who should decide who gets to eat and who gets medical care, etc. The point of allowing violent crime is to promote the belief that the average person is guilty of white supremacy, Christian Nationalism, xenophobia, transphobia, and many other sins, and deserves to be randomly punished. Larry Krasner, Alan Bragg, Chesa Boudin, Gascon, all want reparations through violence against the oppressors. Collateral damage is acceptable and desirable to them.

The Leftists want massive crime so that the general public will demand that all guns be confiscated.

Yes, Dan. But it is not done for just hurting people. This is called political agitation. It is done to get a reaction. A specific reaction. It is a manipulation to get to the next step.

The next step is to punish any citizen who resists these criminals.

Bingo. See my reply at 48. The corporate media already have the talking points ready. Domestic terrorist anyone?

The Uniparty also wants to hurt as many people as possible.

Oh, c’mon man.

It’s simple: They’re fomenting crises.

The larger question is why dem voters are so stupid as to not see the link between their votes/support and pols’/bureaucrats’ actions.

My own conclusion is simple (but not so original): Dems are collectively mentally deficient and, ironically, the only cure appears to be a result of the conflict their so-called leaders are driving with intent (CWII)...

...but only if the rest of us are mentally prepared to act and do, in fact, act.

Possibly because they don’t have the jail/prison capacity.

Possibly because it’s awkward to incarcerate too high a percentage of your inhabitants.

Why do the citizens of New York City (and elsewhere) keep reelecting the same people over and over again?

That is an excellent question.

Liberals and all of their left, seek revenge against truth, for truth daring to deny them.

I'm aware of Hanlon's razor, and I had actually been thinking about it when I wrote my blog post.

But it's hard to believe that such a large number of people could be so stupid that they don't even realize that releasing the same violent serial criminals again and again and again would end up leading to a lot of crime that could have been prevented.
