The love between slain New York cop Jonathan Diller and his 29-year-old wife, Stephanie, had listeners in the church and across the nation weeping alongside her as she eulogized her husband as “absolutely my soulmate,” during his funeral on Saturday.
But the most gut-wrenching moment of the funeral was the sight of Diller’s one-year-old son reaching out toward the flag-draped casket of his father as it was lowered into the hearse, according to the New York Post.
Ryan’s mother tenderly kissed his forehead, comforting the child, who will never remember how much his father loved him.

Nice photo but that’s what one year olds do. There’s no correlation of a flag dropped coffin as to what’s inside.
It’s a sad story for the family to say the least and one that never should have happened. New Yorkers who voted for this type of justice reform are to blame
That image needs to become the focal point of ads reminding people what Joe Burden has done to our country.
I think most people know what a one year old is aware of in that picture, but thanks for explaining it any way.
But it’s what the one year isn’t aware of in that pictire, that has happened to him, that has now changed his life forever, that makes the picture very sad.
The things the left leave in their path is never good ignoring crime is one of their worst.
Everything from the left is disastrous.
Indeed we are living in the time of change for the worst.
I blame Democrat voters for abetting and enabling this.
