Russia isn’t even Canada with nukes these days.
As to their nukes the majority of them are expired and can’t be reprocessed due to sanctions preventing the rebuilding of the Mayak processing and assembly facility.
By 2027 and definitely by 2035 Russia will no longer be in the nuclear club unless they can get their weapons program started up again.
Your information seems quite at odds with that given at this link:

Estimates are that Russia has over 4300 strategic warheads, and something like 2000 more tactical warheads available. Russian nuclear forces have been undergoing modernization, and Russia has working designs for hypersonic glide vehicles among other options.
I guess we’ll see how well their warheads work if they resume testing…I hope not on Ukrainian soil.
Another article on modernization:

To your point, despite a fair amount of searching I couldn’t find an article on current warhead (pit) manufacture in Russia. Do you have a link perchance?
lol this is fun to know:

Then why is Ukraine getting its ass kicked despite $300 billion in support from the West, all the wonder weapons we and other NATO countries have given it and with NATO commanders running the war?
This a proxy war between NATO and Ukraine and NATO is getting its ass handed to it.
