What OS? When did the issue start happening? If Windows, do you have a restore point from BEFORE the issue started?

Also, download and run MalwareBytes and scan the whole system. Have it remove what it finds...AFTER running a System Restore point.

If she has backups, & picks a date before the messages started appearing, that should get rid of the offending annoying malware.

Windows 10. Just started recently. Currently unable to connect to either webcam or printer. I’m irritated.
