I’m pretty sure, Dat’s Wasis!
There’s probably good money in that, but somebody needs to check to make sure that the same people kicking the squatter’s out, haven’t been part of the fraud that put them there in the first place.
The market place always works if you let it............................
Do their services include a one way ticket to Martha’s Vineyard or Point Nemo, your choice?
In the old days you’d just go to Don Vito and say, “Hey, Godfather, I got a problem...dese guys are putting pineapple on pizza, too.”
Very good point!
Why not ask the cartels to do it for you?
I’m picturing Fat Tony from The Simpsons saying, “Pineapple, you say? I find this most disturbing.”
No but they do include a one way ticket to a lawsuit for wrongful eviction against the property owner, and maybe a one way ticket to the county jail for the squad members. I absolutely agree that the eviction process needs a major overhaul and having nothing but sympathy for the property owner but the unlawful detainer statutes in CA are an express repudiation of self help at common law. Particularly in the libs counties—- and we have tons of those here in CA- these people are playing with fire
How much you wanna bet that within a few days that company will no longer exist. And the owner will be handcuffed and frog marched straight to jail. The communist regime will not let this stand. That is part of their planned strategy agenda. Remember, y’all will own nothing and will be happy.
How do you wrongfully evict someone who never entered in to an agreement with the property owner?
I’d be tempted to contact a local outlaw motorcycle club to see if they could provide any assistance in peacefully restoring possession to me.
Of course, that Sicilian lady in New York probably didn’t have to go far to seek assistance.
That was satisfying to watch.
I understand some squatters in CA are now subletting out rooms and garages they’re not using at the moment.

Are you kidding me?! How can this be happening in the U.S.?
As is said I don’t agree with it. Even squatters you have to file an evocation action. In ca if the purpose had permission to occupy, it’s unlawful detainer. If they didn’t have permission, forcible detainer
Nah there has to be a faster easier way to eject the squatter from a house. Dragging it out in the courts through the normal eviction process takes far too long.
If it happened to me I would find a way to get my dog inside the house. They would exit the building if they still could. I mean it’s his house also and he’s just doing his job.
