Probably. But who would believe any statement from the Russians or the Biden Administration about the event? Only a fool.
Maybe someone will tell the truth. Maybe noone. But that would only be because the truth or lie is convenient.
So we will never know who was actually responsible.
It’s been quite an adventure realizing the US was the bad guy all along. Elements, not everyone of course.
