1/3 of all females were non deployable or returned early from their tour due to pregnancy in 1AD 2003-2004 in Baghdad Iraq
1AD suffered a greater loss in manpower from females being non deployable than from all enemy activity combined.
This was no anomaly.
The DOD knowing what the current prevailing political and social winds are, simply doesn’t talk about it.
This nonsense works as long as you face off with a third rate enemy, or you have a massive numerical advantage and the massive logistics and extra manpower to make things work anyhow. But God help us if we face off with a competent enemy.
