PROSECUTOR: "The defendant is accused of driving 65 mph on a road with a posted speed limit of 45 mph."

DEFENDANT: "I understand the police officer on the scene who wrote the ticket for the alleged violation was using a radar device. Please present the documented output from that device and the specifications of the device itself, Mr. Prosecutor."

PROSECUTOR: "That information is proprietary and confidential. It cannot be made public."

This case gets thrown out of court on the spot, and the prosecutor deserves to be disbarred permanently.
