Let’s try an experiment where consenting adults can move into a lawless zone that is self governed. The only criteria are that they are sterilized and can never return to civilization. That way we can see a true Communist utopia where the proletariat rule and live in peace.

the states with the most overdose deaths per capita are WV, DE, KY and TN.
The states with the most homelessness per capita are Hawaii, California etc....
One has to do with high per dollar and the other has to do with paying lavish welfare benefits.
They should not be legalizing hard drugs.
