This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Supporters of the early end of the special military operation launched a bold attack against Putin. The Kremlin reported alarming information

Internal enemies who seek to end the special military operation without Russia's victory “boldly and despicably attacked” the president. This statement was made by our source in the Kremlin. “Vladimir Vladimirovich recently said that our army is advancing in Komsomolsk. He was mistaken, as there is no such city on the section of the front line in question. At first, it was suspected that Gerasimov and his people had fed Vladimir Vladimirovich with inaccurate information. But no, this is internal sabotage,” the channel's interlocutor said.

He explained that internal enemies, who are directly in the Presidential Administration, “fed” Putin fake data about Komsomolsk. “Vladimir Vladimirovich cannot know the names of all the cities in the zone of military operations. That is why he made a statement about fighting in a settlement that does not exist. The internal enemies carried out a bold and despicable attack. Of course, they wanted to make our president look incompetent, to show that he allegedly does not understand the situation at the front. They have partially achieved their goal. But this will not help Russia's enemies!” the source noted.

The situation is complicated by the fact that it has not yet been established who exactly organized this attack and “fed” the president the fake news about the “fighting for Komsomolsk.” A serious internal investigation is underway, and Vladimir Vladimirovich's associates promise to find and severely punish those responsible.

Most know Kirill Dmitriev as the Russian president's envoy. But to more than 200 investors in Ukraine, he is known for taking part in a Kyiv real estate project that ended in a fraud and criminal case. Using articles from 2011, I was able to find more details. 🧵Thread:

2/ The story begins in 2000s, when N. Lahuna and A. Dmitriev (Kirill Dmitriev’s father) planned the elite suburban “Olympic Park.” Construction was to be carried out by Traverz-Bud, a subsidiary of “Evropa”, in which, according to “Argument,” Kirill Dmitriev held a majority stake

3/ Based on court documents cited in the media, in 2011 (links at the end), a prosecutor's audit found that construction of the properties, which under agreements with the developers of the “Olympic Park” was due to be completed by the end of 2008, has not been carried out

4/ The funds that investors paid for the future homes, went to unknown recipients and purposes. In 2011, The Makariv District Court in Kyiv Oblast ordered the seizure of property belonging to the individuals behind these companies - Nikolai Lahuna and Alexander Dmitriev

5/ Kirill Dmitriev, according to Zagorodna and Argumenty, in 2011, transferred his stake in the “Olympic Park” project to then-Member of Parliament Vladyslav Lukyanov of the Party of Regions, the controversial party of former President Yanukovych, who was later ousted in 2014.

6/ Interestingly, according to a 2011 article by Zagorodna, Kirill Dmitriev confirmed at a 2010 meeting with investors that he indeed owned 30% of the “Olympic Park” project, which gave impatient developers reason for cautious optimism.

7/ At the time, Dmitriev was the managing partner of the major investment fund Icon Private Equity, which further inspired confidence among investors that situation will improve

8/ However, the situation never improved. The money disappeared, and the projects were never completed. Instead, later in 2011, Dmitriev appeared in Moscow, where he was appointed CEO of the newly created Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), a sovereign wealth fund.

9/ The story is far deeper and more detailed. Cited and quoted information from pre-war 2011 articles can be found here:

This video shows a failed Russian ICBM test launch at the Yasny range in Orenburg, Russia, on November 27, 2025. The missile, likely a Sarmat or UR-100N variant, explodes shortly after takeoff, falls back, and creates a purple toxic cloud from its propellants.

The UR-100N (Russian: УР-100Н), also known as RS-18A, is an intercontinental ballistic missile in service with Soviet and Russian Strategic Missile Troops. The missile was given the NATO reporting name SS-19 Stiletto and carries the industry designation 15A30

❗️The Security Service of Ukraine's Sea Baby maritime drones struck two sanctioned tankers of 🇷🇺Rssia's shadow fleet in the Black Sea — KAIRO and VIRAT.

During the attack, the sanctioned vessels were sailing empty — they were heading to the port of Novorossiysk for loading.

By Dan De Luce, Courtney Kube and Abigail Williams In a meeting with Ukrainian officials in Kyiv last week, U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll delivered a grim assessment.

Driscoll told his counterparts their troops faced a dire situation on the battlefield and would suffer an imminent defeat against Russian forces, two sources with knowledge of the matter told NBC News.

The Russians were ramping up the scale and pace of their aerial attacks, and they had the ability to fight on indefinitely, Driscoll told them, according to the sources. The situation for Ukraine would only get worse over time, he continued, and it was better to negotiate a peace settlement now rather than end up in an even weaker position in the future.

And there was more bad news. The U.S. delegation also said America’s defense industry could not keep supplying Ukraine with the weapons and air defenses at the rate needed to protect the country’s infrastructure and population, the sources said.

The US Navy continues to face challenges completing functional design of the FFG 62 Constellation class

The design of the US Navy’s troubled FFG 62 Constellation-class frigate programme is further behind schedule than realised, and the ship is now much heavier than anticipated, which could compromise its performance.

According to a June 2025 report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), 2025 Weapon Systems Annual Assessment, the US Navy continues to face challenges completing functional design of the vessel, which is needed to demonstrate design stability. More than two years after beginning lead ship construction, this persistent lack of design stability has stalled construction of the lead ship and poses the same risk to initial follow-on ships, the GAO said.

The US Navy currently plans to deliver the lead frigate in April 2029, three years later than the contracted delivery date. It continues to work with the shipbuilder to revise basic design documents – including the ship’s general arrangement drawings – and structural components of the ship.

The latest GAO report also suggests that functional design of the vessel is much further behind schedule than was reported only last year. In response to a recommendation the GAO made in a May 2024 report, the programme restructured its functional design metrics to more closely align with actual design progress. As a result, it was concluded that functional design progress was significantly less than the 92% complete reported in August 2023. In fact, as of December 2024, the programme reported that functional design was actually 70% complete, as measured with the restructured metrics. Programme officials told the GAO they expected to achieve a stable basic and functional design “by late spring 2025”, but the programme has yet to achieve its planned rate of design progress to meet this goal.

The frigate design is further complicated by unanticipated weight growth. In October 2024, the US Navy reported 759tonnes of weight growth from initial estimates, a near 13% increase, due in part to the underestimation of applying US Navy technical requirements to a foreign ship design. The GAO says US Navy personnel are working with the shipbuilder to reduce the ship’s weight, but weight growth has only become more pronounced over the last year. “Unplanned weight growth during construction can compromise capabilities…and such alterations may leave frigates less combat-capable, limit the ability to add capabilities to address evolving threats and reduce planned service lives,” the GAO noted.

As of November 2024, officials reported that the shipbuilder had submitted five requests for “equitable adjustment”, raising the potential for unbudgeted cost growth. Requests for equitable adjustment provide a remedy payable only when unforeseen or unintended circumstances – such as government modification of a contract – cause an increase in costs. The US Navy deemed the total costs of the five requests “not suitable for public release”. According to officials, these requests relate to government change orders and significant design changes from the frigate’s parent ship design.

Despite the unresolved issues identified above, the US Navy has proceeded full steam ahead with the programme, exercising options for the fifth and six ships in May 2024. In November 2024, the US Navy requested information seeking a second shipbuilder to build the frigates, and, in January 2025, began assessing industry responses to inform future acquisition strategies.

Novorossiysk’s oil export terminal (Sheskharis) is knocked offline again, with additional damage. Just last month, that facility accounted for 1/4 of Russia’s seaborne exports.

Kyiv Independent (29 Nov):

“Naval drones struck the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s marine terminal in the Russian port city of Novorossiysk on Nov. 29, forcing the facility to suspend oil shipments, the company said.

The attack seriously damaged the mooring point two (SMP-2), prompting port authorities to halt all loading operations and order tankers out of the water area.

The company, an international venture involving Russian, Kazakh, and foreign energy companies, operates a major oil pipeline linking Kazakhstan’s western fields with Novorossiysk’s sea terminal.

The consortium is one of the region’s most important export corridors.

Company officials said the damaged mooring system could no longer operate, leading the seaport’s captain to suspend activities at the terminal.”
