Garland should bring charges, but he won’t, this is his cover.
The end result is this is a watershed issue, Biden crossed the line, he is clearly now unelectable.
The only question is how and when does he move on, and how and who replaces him.
Both Bidens suck

Doesn’t matter the party will let him run for office they have invested to much money in the right places.
Then when the convention starts the will bring in their ringer and give him/her his votes to him/her then they will oust the fool.
Either is damaging to him.
If Biden was indicted, they would have to wait until he was out of office to have the trial, and he would be 86 by then, so in much worse shape than he is now.
Democrats are LAW-LESS because Republicans are BALL-LESS!!!
