Joe Biden’s mental deterioration appears to have reached a point where he does not even know how to wear a hat properly and Americans have responded in brutal fashion.
As the Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reported, Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Superior, Wisconsin to deliver remarks on his “Investing in America and Infrastructure Law” at Earth Rider Brewery. While there, he dropped a creepy one-liner which caused an awkward moment of silence and stopped to listen to a barrel of beer.
Following the event, Biden posed with Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and a few construction workers in the bar area. Notice anything wrong with Biden’s hard hat in the picture?

If I were a bettin' man, (and as someone who's worn a hard hat for over 25 years) I'd say that before posing for the photo, one of the handlers thought it would be a good idea to put Joe in a hard hat to build his blue collar cred.
They probably asked around if anyone had their hard hat handy, and if they could go grab it for ol' Joe.
Now, most folks who wear hard hats flip the suspension around so that the brim is in the back. I guarantee they handed the hat to Joe, who grabbed it by the brim and put it on without looking at the orientation of the suspension.
Brandon mumbled, “The beer brewed here, it is used to make the brew beered here.” While most of the sentence was unintelligible, he seemed to add, “Ooh, Earth Rider, thanks for the Great Lakes. I wonder why…”
Maybe intentional, don’t know.
But it’s just one more indication of a long list.
