In a conflict like this, both sides will point out the wrongs of the other and there is always a lot. BUT, have you noticed there is very little coming from the Russian perspective? That is because you have heavy one sided censoring going on bot corporate (social media) and government, example: https://www.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN1DD29L/ There are always two sides to an argument, but we have decided to shut one side down.

Here in the West, with our free watchdog media (sarc), we have serious filtering/censoring and we are OK with outright state sponsored propaganda (government media operations to influence perceptions) from Ukraine hitting the audience here. Our media was literally accepting copy and paste jobs from Ukraine. So you have a STRONGLY one sided narrative where Ukraine gets the microphone but Russia doesn’t.

—The MSM favors the Democrats and Biden.
—The MSM is really just 6 major media conglomerates and they are all party aligned: 5 Democrat, 1 Republican. They control ~90% of what you see and hear.
—Big corporations and financial institutions wanted NATO and EU expansion.
—The MSM is essentially owned (MSNBC Gates / Washington Post Bezos / Buffet owns numerous: https://time.com/5773806/warren-buffett-selling-newspaper-empire/) by our oligarchs or they are beholden (advertisement revenue) to the corporations and financial institutions which wanted this.
—The political class in the US/Canada and Europe wanted this as they are also heavily swayed by the economic influence (who pays for the party, campaigns, elections?).
—NATO wanted this

There were no nay sayers.

This is what happens when all the economic, media, and political forces converge on one side of an issue BUT Russia, a major stakeholders in all of this and who is adversely impacted, is flat out ignored.

I agree with your observation.

However zeepers will not and the rocks will start flying soon. Have your hard hat and safety glasses close at hand.
