I am no soros apologist by any stretch, but this so-called threat is definitely not ‘direct’. It’s so veiled (at best) that it borders on the extents of how people use numerology. The forty seven dollars worth of bills is actually the least weak of all of the inferences, which they suggest references Trump. The highlighted Silver Certificate meaning “silver bullet” is more of a stretch. Then they add even more components to it.
Maybe it is intended to be a message, and if it’s code, I suppose the people who figured it out are clever, but you cannot call it a direct or explicit threat.
It appears that Soros is offering to pay the putative hitman in Silver. Even veiled threats against former Presidents are illegal, see 18 USC section 879.
And don’t forget that a slang/street term for our paper currency is “DEAD PRESIDENTS.”
