On March 31, 2023, Delaware Superior Court judge Eric Davis ruled in a summary judgment that it "is crystal clear that none of the statements relating to Dominion about the 2020 election are true..."
Well obviously they were TRUE. It's now part of a public court record: Dominion voting machines can be hacked WITH a PEN.
Wonder if Fox has any recourse?
And of course this nukes a lot of the cases against Trump.
Sounds to me like somebody might owe Rudy Guiliani, the Pillow Guy and the STOLEN ELECTION crowd some big bucks that were swindled out of them by the far-left courts and their so-called “juries”.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had been hiding this report from the public for two years.
Far-left Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation of Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report until this week.
BOTH of these deliberate acts should be considered “Overt Acts” in Furtherance of a Criminal Conspiracy to commit ELECTION FRAUD, as far as I can tell ALL OF THESE PEOPLE BELONG IN PRISON FOR LIFE. The way I see it, BOTH of these criminals did it make sure the Case against Trump wasn’t dismissed, and it should be dismissed NOW.
Wonder if the GOP have learned anything and if they are doing SOMETHING to combat the cheating we know will happen this year.

The internal WiFi “Hotspots” in the Dominion machines, enabling remote “correction” of the tallies is not a flaw, it’s a FEATURE! Next time you go “vote” where there are Dominion machines, check the available “hotspots” on your phone. The last two elections in 2020 and 2022 I did, there were eight and ten uniquely named “hotspots” for two Dominion vote scanners. (Upstate NY..) We are being robbed of our only recourse to right the wrongs in our State and Nation by this despicable company, and the Politicians who employed Dominion to “count” the votes.

So claims against Dominion could be / probably are right? Does this mean that judgements against so many like Giuliani are going to be reversed? I didn't think so.
If Halderman and Sringall could find such extensive exploitable flaws, what is Raffensperger’s explanation for not having had a similar analysis performed by independent experts BEFORE buying the DVS products for statewide use?
(I think the answer is that he “fell” for DVS’s old con of not allowing anyone to see what’s behind the curtain).
His failure to do so reveals either deliberate malign intent or incompetence. Instead of fiing the problem he has spent 3 years suppressing the truth about the system he selected.
I can understand why he would want to suppress it — the report linked in this thread should provides a roadmap for election hacking. In a sane world, this report alone would KILL the product.
All that said, the presentation does not get into whether these vulnerabilities were used in 2020, 2021, 2022 elections to alter the results. There seems to have been so many layers of cheating going on via illegally collected and cast ballots that hacking wouldn’t even be necessary.
After reading this, can you doubt the 2020 election was stolen?
