Looks like there's more trouble for Fulton County DA Fani Willis.
We reported earlier about the response from Jocelyn Wade to Willis' attempt to get out of a deposition in Wade's divorce case. Wade wants her to talk about the money that she paid Nathan Wade, Jocelyn's husband and Willis' alleged "paramour' (the term used in Jocelyn Wade's filing), so that could help her figure out the marital estate for purposes of the divorce and the spousal support.
Willis ridiculously accused Jocelyn Wade of colluding with the parties in the election interference case and trying to harass her. Then Wade dropped all the records she had about her husband's trips--including some that were reportedly with Willis, according to the records.
Now, the Fulton County Commissioner, Bob Ellis, has sent Willis a letter demanding answers about the allegations. You can read the letter here.
The letter says he was asking about the allegations in a recent court filling asserting that Willis "misused County funds and accepted valuable gifts and personal benefits from a contractor recipient of County funds." The letter said this related to the appointment of Nathan Wade in the matter where former President Donald Trump was a co-defendant.
Ellis told the Daily Caller News Foundation that “all Fulton county citizens and taxpayers deserve clear and truthful answers” from Willis, who he earlier noted has been “relatively obstinate” in answering questions from commissioners.
He added that it will “ultimately be decided in a court proceeding” whether the information known to date will disqualify Willis from leading Trump’s prosecution, noting that “the average person likely concludes that something isn’t right with all of this.”
In the letter, Ellis asks Willis to provide the following information by Feb. 2.
invoices for special prosecutors’ expenses and fees, their contracts with the office, payments from the office, the “professional experience” of each special prosecutor utilized by the office, as well as the “source of funding for any payments to special prosecutors” from Jan. 1, 2021 until now.
Ellis also asks for the basis for any differential in payment to the various special prosecutors. Fani Willis had claimed that they were all paid at the same rate, and questions were raised about that statement as well.

Among the questions:
Wade has been paid at a rate of $250 an hour, while the attorney known as Georgia’s top racketeering expert, John Floyd, was initially paid only $150 and was later paid $200 an hour, according to contracts and billing statements obtained by the DCNF.
Ellis also says in his letter, in "addition to any potential inquiry by the State of Georgia," they needed to know whether County funds provided to her office were used in an appropriate manner and whether any payments to Nathan Wade were "converted to [her] personal gain in the form of subsidized travel or other gifts."
Sounds like Willis is going to be a little busy explaining herself here--and stay tuned, because it sounds like there may be more popcorn to come in this matter.
Could it be the differential in hourly contract pay of 150-200 for the state’s top rackateering lawyer and 250 hourly rate to her low grade inexperienced lover lawyer Wade and also paying him way more hours than the top RICO lawyer represents the amount that Wade was kicking back to Willis on a regular basis?Wade was paid half a million more than the top guy 680,000 vs 170,000. How much of that half million was kicked back to Willis? Just sayin’

There can’t be enough troubles for that EVIL woman.
I'd pay to see that karma in action.
Maybe if she is threatened with jail time she’ll spill the beans about those WH meetings. Just in time for the election. Interfering with the election interference.
This woman is fat and Ugly.
>> Fulton County Commissioner, Bob Ellis, has sent Willis a letter demanding answers about the allegations.
It comes down to race.
If Bob Ellis is white, it *may* be an honest oversight move.
If Bob Ellis is typical Fulton County BlaKKK, it’ll be a papering-over of any wrongdoing (if any is found).
We’ve lived this ‘Rat playbook too many times.
The way these things usually work is as a money laundering operation for those at the top of the agency/dept/etc. Generous contracts, generous salaries, directed & earmarked funds are the vehicles used to launder money back to those with the “responsibility” for the grift. Biden has been doing it for decades, and so has every other government entity on earth. It won’t be surprising if an audit of the funds Fani has been doling out show some of it coming back to her.
heh, heh. now i wanna add:
* fani modeling an ankle monitor
* fani in leg irons and an orange suit
* all that, plus fani in the “community service” cleanup crew on the side of an interstate
Post of the day!!!
John Floyd, was initially paid only $150 and was later paid $200 an hour.
Sounds like she’s been pocketing some money for some time?.
I wonder if she is related to Marylin Mosby?
