Biden isn’t really on speaking terms with anybody, frankly. He’s an aged, worn out mental husk who only has the lies, arrogance, deviance and lifelong leftism he’s shown his whole life left to him.
I have seen him talking with his imaginary friends when he shaking hands with them, it just looks like he’s greeting no one.
Maybe that's because mush and BS are the only things that come out of his mouth these days.
