He was in that hospital because he returned to Ukraine. The fact that he returned to Ukraine means he left Ukraine and came back. He left because he was caught spying for Russia and self deported. Then on his round table pretended he was in Kharkiv he was really living in the Netherlands.
Notwithstanding where he really was before going back to Ukraine, the fact that his returning to Ukraine after leaving is not a problem for his supporters is confusing to me. But then I don't trust bad liars or spend my time watching stopped clocks for the few times they are right. So I guess the answers to these questions will confuse me as well.
Who is going to investigate his death, on what evidence, in what way, in a war zone? Also, investigations tend to get evidence going more than one way.

We live in a world where a nations “justice department” is an oxymoron. These government organizations pick and choose what they enforce, how, and when and some individuals rights are completely unimportant.

BUT... if you protested on January 6, 2021 in Washington DC, they will devote a huge part of the FBI to go through meta data and using cell phones identify everyone that was there (Geo-locate), they will look at airline and bank data (airline tickets and bank usage), even use facial recognition in a massive database they have created to identify everyone and pay them a visit.
Justice in the West et al. has become not much unlike it was in the former East block when the wall was still up. It doesn’t enforce the laws and isn’t guided by some higher foundational law such as a Constitution. It’s political, economic interests have a say, it’s highly inconsistent, and your rights as an individual matter little.
This is an “Animal Farm” with a bogus Constitution, the pigs which in reality run it, and the dogs (so called justice) that make sure things run according to the pigs direction. But that’s not something kids read today.

Ukraine is a nation the pigs wanted in the EU. They didn’t ask any citizen of Germany, France, Italy, what they think, nope the pigs decided that. The pigs also wanted Ukraine in NATO, since this organization provides the physical security for the capital and investments in Ukraine but it also gives the US a say since our primary influence in Europe is through security matters, i.e. NATO. No one asked the average American what they wanted, heck they never even ran it through Congress. But since the pigs own the media, and they own big tech, and the government more or less works for them (politicians and the political parties need money and media coverage), they get what they want. Ukraine has nothing to worry about unless they lose the favor of the pigs. If you want to know who the pigs are, just look at Davos and see who attends. If the pigs no longer see a value in Ukraine, then this place is finished and that is what we’re beginning to see. Once the pigs no longer stand to gain and Ukraine becomes a pure economic and political liability, they will get dropped and that’s what’s starting to happen.
