Of the 3, Kherson was the only one that was proper and orderly, preserving forces and equipment. That’s largely thanks to General Sergey Surovikin, who was fired, later arrested for conspiring with Prigozhin, and now works for a CIS committee, with no part in the war.

The Senate can take whatever path it wants, but without House approval, no money will be spent, ie current proposals are DOA in the House.
Which is why we must do our utmost to correct the record by never referring to them as ‘Rusians’ or to ‘Russia’. They are Moscovians from Moscovia.
