Slick Willy was a liar, but his lies had a very thin veneer of truth, and were believable on their face.
Biden’s lies are just plain stupid. Nobody believes any of them they are so far off from reality. He’s done this all his life because nobody calls him out on them, so there is no incentive for him to quit.
