I despise Biden as much as anyone else, but yes, this is clickbait. It’s difficult to hear, but it sounds like Biden is apologizing for invading her space, while looking at the books. On the other hand, His bizarre interest at looking at books on a shelf in a coffee shop is the story. That is obviously the confused reflexive behavior of a cognitively impaired person.
I saw a video that continued past where these stopped where he got in her ear and she turned away. It showed her face the first time I saw it and she was blurred out on the second one... more media censoring protecting Creepy Joe
