I was a little shocked to note that the maximum SS taxable amount has gone from about $118,000 to $168,000 between 2016 and now. I guess not a lot of people make enough to pay the maximum but that is a rather large increase in just 7 or 8 years.
You should realize by now that the reality of what will actually occur matters not. On the figures don’t lie but liers can figure front. One of the favorite tricks for the left in their public pronouncements is to use figures where the immigrants selected are legal immigrants then claim that this is why the rights claims about illegal immigrants are wrong. I would not be surprised to find that legal immigrants are a minor positive for SS, however once you include illegals, it becomes strongly negative, as illegals almost never get high paying jobs.
