Two, including Chester Arthur. But both Arthur and Obama had one parent who was a natural born citizen. Obama’s birthplace is questionable, however, and some believe that Arthur was born in Canada and not Vermont.

Along with every other Dem in office at the time. That should (and does) tell us quite a bit about Dems.

Just as a side note, certain of Obama's actions while he was in office were much of what the Founders were concerned about when they added that element without comment to the language of the Constitution. Of course, in those days it was England they were worried about.
