OBSERVATION - If these numbers come through, it would be a surprisingly small number of protestors in comparison to the numerous other large pro-hamas / anti-Israel protests of the past months.

Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle resigned on Tuesday morning. This is one day after her evasive and repulsive testimony before Congress and 10 days after President Trump was shot on stage at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The FBI and DHS have refused to appear before a congressional review committee. It is evident that the coverup shields are not at full capacity and Cheatle is their sacrificial lamb. I don’t expect to see any breakthroughs in the investigation unless a whistleblower(s) step forward with the receipts.

Existing-home sales in the US plunged to one of the lowest levels seen since 2010 last month, as would-be sellers held out for better mortgage rates and buyers flinched at sky-high prices.
Sales of previously owned homes fell 5.4 percent from May, dropping to an annualized rate of 3.89 million, according to data released Tuesday by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This marks the fourth consecutive monthly decline.
Economists had forecast an annualized rate of around four million sales. This was lower than even the most pessimistic forecasts.
The slowdown comes amid surging prices, with the median sales price hitting a new record of $426,900 in June, up 4.1 percent. Prices are climbing even though more homes have entered the market recently, though inventory remains historically low.
OBSERVATION - Housing market is a key indicator as to the health of the country’s economy and this report indicates that things are not improving but getting worse.

Protestors against Netanyahu were out yesterday. Capital police reported that part of the crowd has became violent at First Street and Constitution Avenue, NW. The crowd failed to obey our order to move back from our police line. We are deploying pepper spray towards anyone trying to break the law and cross that line.
After being unable to storm the Capitol, leftist pro-Palestine rioters at the “Day of Rage” in D.C. ripped down the American flags outside Union Station and replaced them with Palestine flags. The American flags were then set on fire.
Numerous other monuments were vandalized.
OBSERVATION - The abundance of charter busses and common shirts, posters etc indicate $$$ was pumped into the event from outside - likely from Iranian sources as Netanyahu noted during his speech. Actions didn’t win any converts and did anger many. The fact that the DC police were able to handle them indicates the hard core elements were not in force and they reverted to ‘easier’ actions such as vandalism. I expect that over the next few days, many of the vandals will be doxxed and reported to their respective employers for action. That proved useful during the campus riots earlier this spring.

FBI Director Christopher Wray announced that they are increasingly concerned about a coordinated foreign terrorist attack in the United States. Concern is increasing due to expected exploitation of the southern border and entities planning attacks, “perhaps like what we’ve seen against the concert hall in Russia.”
OBSERVATION - Mixed messages from the regime obviously. On the one hand, the border is secure (DHS), while the other warning of terror threats due to an insecure border. Frankly, in the current political environment and the lack of leadership in the WH the US is very ripe for a major terror attack(s) and that risk is growing as the election bears down on us.

North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) announced that the U.S. military intercepted two Russian and two Chinese bombers in the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) on Wednesday ahead of Joe Biden’s speech.
According to the U.S. Army, the Tupolev Tu-95 “Bear” is a “large, four-engine turboprop-powered strategic bomber and missile platform.” The Xian H-6 (Hōng-6) is “a license-built version of the Soviet Tupolev Tu-16 twin-engine jet bomber, built for China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force.”

Russian drone attack hit Zhytomyr Oblast where 10 private houses and an infrastructure facility were damaged overnight
Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the Russian military has significantly increased its manpower and materiel commitments to the war in Ukraine over the last two and a half years. Syrskyi told UK outlet The Guardian in an interview published on July 24 that Russian forces currently have 520,000 personnel committed to the war in Ukraine and that the Russian military aims to have 690,000 personnel committed to the war by the end of 2024.
Outlook —
Syrskyi’s observations show that some how Russia has been able to scrape forces together to grow the war effort - moving towards nearly 3 times the force size that initially invaded in 2022. Part of this growth appears to be linked to the sizable payments for volunteers. However, Russia has a tendency to renege on those promised payments - especially in the case of death on the battle field.
This personnel growth is in the face of losing well over 1000 daily, 35,000+ per month. Equipment being supplied is older and older tanks, APC and other items.
Even with the numeric advantage, Russia is still struggling to gain ground on the battlefield. A comparison was made between Ukraine’s 2023 offensive and Russia’s 2024 efforts and found that Russia has only gained less than 90 sq km more land than Ukraine did.
How much longer Russia can sustain such costly operations is dependent on Ukraine receiving munitions and other supplies from the west.

The IDF recovered the bodies of hostages Maya Goren, Oren Goldin and Staff Sergeant Tomer Ahimas from Hamas captivity in Gaza, it was cleared for publication on Wednesday evening. Kibbutz Nir Oz said in a statement, “Tonight, we were informed that the body of the late Maya Goren was recovered in a military rescue operation. After over nine months, she was brought back home for burial. The family was updated in the last few hours about the operation,” the kibbutz said in a statement.
The announcement means 111 of the 251 people taken hostage are still being held in Gaza, including 39 who the military says are presumed dead.

Netanyahu’s US visit in a key manner was to gauge the political sentiments to support Israel in its next phase against Hezbollah. He sees in harris a very negative attitude towards Israel, where as with Trump he sees a level of support expressed during his first term as president. So part of the calculation will be to see if it is better to strike Hezbollah sooner rather than later when trump is sworn back in in Jan 2025 (yes, i’m projecting here a great bit).

The last few weeks have been absolutely crazy - and the future even more dangerous.
The deep state has proven to be aggressive in targeting Trump - from falsifying FISA warrants and faking reports, etc, to the bogus law fare against Trump and now even likely deeply involved in the Trump assassination attempt.
We see the left willingly taking the knives out to put biden out of the election run as his poll numbers and mental/physical health crashed. harris should well watch her back because she can be targeted as easily as biden in the weeks before the DNC convention. She isn’t favored by 0bama and other power players.
Democrats potentially implode with more civil war over the president candidate while the deep state continues to target Trump.
One scary scenario would be a nuclear option, totally kicking the legs out from the economy and unleashing social chaos / rioting across the country. Deeply involved in this would be the millions of illegals - many from countries hostile to the US. Burn down the country in order to rule over the ashes.
Combine with the multiple other threats that are on the margins, ranging from terror attack (see Terror) to China/Taiwan to an explosive middle eastern situation.

I suspect in part some on the violent leftist side of the dial may be assessing the harris presidential bid as to if violence/protests will assist their cause and her election. she is already clearly the most marxist presidential candidate ever from the democrat party. Her hostility towards Israel may calm some of the planned protests by pro-hamas elements at the convention. Ngo on “X” is noting an attempt by Portland Antifa to step up attacks on police stations in a manner similar to 2020 - trying to put some desire to fight into its followers. So far the attacks have not been very successful and in fact, catching agitators off guard via sudden arrests.

According to its initial (“advance”) estimate, real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 2.8% in the second quarter of 2024 – offsetting its dismal 1.4% first-quarter increase, the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) reported Thursday.
Averaged out, real GDP has increased 2.1% in first two quarters, on par with the 2.0% benchmark analysts consider to be normal, or average, growth.
Meanwhile, measures of personal income, the income that is received by persons from all sources, weakened in the second quarter, the BEA reports:
- Current-dollar personal income increased $237.6 billion in the second quarter, down from $396.8 billion growth in the first quarter.
- Disposable personal income growth was 3.6%, down from its 4.8% increase in the first quarter.
- Real disposable personal income slowed to 1.0%, compared with an increase of 1.3% in the first quarter.
- Personal Savings growth fell from $777.3 billion to $$720.5 billion.
- Personal Savings Rate fell to 3.5%, down from 3.8% in the first quarter.

The report of the dismal results of the July 24th assault by Russia is telling in many ways. First shows that higher level leadership and planning are hurting. Second, though the objective of the attack was practical, Russian forces charged straight into a drone/artillery and AT maelstrom. They apparently had no supporting artillery or air cover.
The majority of the Russian attacks are at a company or smaller scale. This tends to short change Russian efforts by not having enough forces to exploit any gains as well as having many units decimated in piecemeal.
In spite of the failure, I expect Russia to try more large attacks in this sector.
Reported redeployment of in particular ADA assets around the Kersch bridge is significant. The indicators I see still show that any Israeli invasion is many weeks away and that even an August window to start may be passing. I tend to hold back from reading too much into natural disasters and other events as being omens from God. The bible is pretty clear against reading into such events as omens. Does this mean I don’t believe God can, will and is sending the earth messages to repent - i most certainly do not. I monitor global natural disasters and space events so that I have a base line level of activity that will permit identification of an event clearly delivered by God - and rest assured such an event will be clearly seen as something from God.
Much today is a reporting bias - that is, extreme events have occurred at levels near to seen today, but are only more in the forefront due to the advent of the internet and rapid dissemination of the news. There is further bias seen in the MSM arena associating extreme natural events (predominantly weather ) to the ‘climate change’ angle - as a vehicle to cause fear in the sheeple who cannot discern truth from propaganda.
God has allowed the perversions of humanity to proceed for some periods of time in the past before executing judgements - seen time and again in the bible. For instance. the open taunting of God in the olympic opening ceremonies combined with all the other open, deliberate acts of rebellion not only by France but the world as a whole will be addressed by God’ judgement someday, and likely soon.
Yet the bible indicates that these things will grow to be similar to ‘birth pangs’ warning of the coming judgement and can’t be ignored.
As for now, I watch for the significant change in events as well as clear trends. Not every earthquake portends a rupture of the San Andreas or New Madrid. Not every solar flare is a kill shot. Not every tornado/hurricane is due to ‘climate change’. We must be careful before we assign such an event as a true “act of God”.
What I do see from my perch is that we could be approaching an inflection point. Global conditions on the economy, societal stability, and politics could be thrown completely down given a timely and ‘targeted’ event like a mega quake or other natural event. Location, timing and intensity will stand above previous events, making it pretty clear that the growth of birth pangs has begun. Until then, I watch.

Hezbollah rockets hit a soccer field in a druze town in N Israel, killing at least 10 wounding dozens of others playing soccer. Druze have given Israel 4 hours to mount a retaliatory attack or they will do it for them. Significant number of Lebanese are druze too, so Hezbollah may soon find their hands full between Israeli and druze forces. Could be a premature trigger to the war against Hezbollah, or at the very least a significant escalation in fighting.

Hezbollah have made a grave, new enemy in the Druze. They have been at odds with the Lebanese Druze community for a long time, but hitting Israeli Druze is an act they really didn’t want - and after claiming the rocket attacks, suddenly backpedaled when they found out they had killed Druze kids. This may open up further HUMINT sources in Lebanon for future Israeli attack.
Israel reports to have responded to the attack by sticking Hezbollah positions in the Bekaah valley and will likely continue major strikes over the next several days.
Druze leaders having warned that Israel had a short window to respond have not spoken out on if the current Israeli attacks are sufficient. They are ready to take up arms and go into Lebanon to engage Hezbollah now.
Hezbollah response - abandoning command centers - even those underground - indicates they think Israel has them identified and on the target list. Israel is probably gleaning massive amounts of intel on where these human cockroaches scattered to for contingency bombing operations.
The whole situation pushes the needle closer to open war, one of those ‘Black Swan’ kind of events that could trigger the fight earlier than later. Israel isn’t done retaliating for the rocket attack and will likely be very severe in the next day or so. Will this be enough to trigger Hezbollah to do the same and cause open war to begin? I don’t think Hezbollah is ready for such a war and especially having to cover their rear ends from retaliation from Lebanese and even Syrian Druze forces. The next few days will be critical to see the responses from all sides.

Israel has shifted gears quickly in regards to a retaliatory strike against Hezbollah. Key indicators of an impending action

- Civil defense calls for readiness

Indicators coming from ‘sources’ within Israel suggest that IDF will launch heavy strikes that will include targets in the Beruit vicinity but pull up short of a full-scale war. Israel has increased its defense posture and readiness should Hezbollah OTOH decide to launch a full scale attack.
Israel reportedly has the capability to launch an initial ground invasion into Lebanon and has reserves being activated and equipment moving to the border to sustain operations.
Indicators suggest that the Israeli strike is imminent and could happen before today is out. Israeli medical plans suggest that they are expecting a large rocket counter strike.
Erdogan’s threats at this stage are just words, but denote a dangerous tend against Israel. If followed through, it would create a NATO crisis. Erdogan, however, hasn’t worked out the logistics in this case just yet, but he is serious about such an invasion.
US is trying to have Israel dampen down any attack, but it needs to be strong enough to satisfy the anger of the Druze people who are ready to go after Hezbollah alone for revenge. They have been strong supporters of Israel and Israel has to show them they will be avenged.

Yesterday Venezuela held presidential elections. Venezuelan National Electoral Council says President Nicolas Maduro has won the election despite exit polls suggesting the opposite. The council claimed Maduro won with 51.20% of the vote.
However, exit polls indicates that opposition candidate Edmundo González has defeated Nicolas Maduro 64 to 31 percent. Opposition turnout was historic.

Members of the local SWAT team assigned to protect former President Donald Trump at his rally on July 13 have revealed that they had no contact with the Secret Service prior to an assassination attempt on the former president.

OBSERVATION - (This can also be crossed over to CW2) I haven’t commented on some of the fall out from the assassination attempt for a while now. But more and more evidence of almost deliberate measures to fail keep bubbling to the surface. One failure is coincidence, but the daisy chain of screwups all point to a deliberate effort to give the shooter all the cover necessary to get to the roof and shoot. Yes, the compounding of evidence is pointing to the fact that the shooter had assistance - and part of that assistance came from within the SS.

While a lot of names have been put forth for harris’ VP, there doesn’t appear to be anyone really pounding down the door to be selected. As I’ve said before, there is real danger in someone who will out shine harris.
Harris’ initial statements regarding the theft of the Venezuelan election infer that she is in agreement with Maduro’s violent seizure of power. To be noted - the whole Venezuelan election scheme was part of a biden/harris plan to remove sanctions in exchange for a ‘election’. Seems Maduro reneged on his part of the agreement - and harris approves.

Air superiority has taken new meaning in the battle of the drones. Ukraine has taken charge with anti-drone drones, similar to conventional RC airplanes, but with FPV (First Person Viewing) control. They have been very effective taking out Russian surveillance drones - keeping its artillery safer from Russian counter battery fire. The Russian solution to this Ukrainian interference is to send more surveillance drones accompanied by attack drones as a way to overwhelm the Ukrainian air defense system. Sometimes this works, for a while, but the Ukrainians are generally faster to improvise and modify systems that don’t work until they do. Russian forces rely more on massive use of whatever they have. This sometimes works because, as the Russians like to point out, quantity has a quality all its own. That worked until it didn’t as the Ukrainians found ways to quickly overwhelm Russian defensive measures and destroy more of their artillery target spotting and reconnaissance drones in several areas.
Ground combat continues to be intense in the Avdiivka region, with growing reports of Russian successes.
Outlook —
Conditions continue to be challenging for Ukraine’s defensed in the east. Russia appears to be more than willing to throw large numbers of men and material into attacks, knowing massive losses will be incurred, just to be able to overwhelm Ukraine forces and gain a small amount of ground. Causalities for Russia continue to be sustained at more than 1000 per day. Tank lasses are severe in that more and more replacement tanks noted being shipped in are of the T54/55 variety and fewer T80 / T90 variants. I’ve noted some OSINT studies of the massive Russian mothballed tank yards and many analysts indicate that Russian will be hitting the replacement wall within a year.
Europe / NATO General –
France has experienced the second sabotage of critical infrastructure in just a few days.
Outage tracking website Netblocks confirmed on X, “Network data show disruptions to multiple internet providers in France amid reports of a fibre sabotage campaign targeting telecoms infrastructure during the Paris 2024 Olympics.”
Bloomberg reports that fiber lines operated by the telecommunications company SFR were cut during the overnight hours. Internet traffic in the southern and eastern regions of the country was disrupted and has since been rerouted.
On Monday, French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin confirmed that far-left extremists carried out the attack on the nation’s train network.
OBSERVATION - Much of the speculation is that these acts are being conducted by Russian agents in order to embarrass France, one of the loudest voices against in and supported of Ukraine.

Massive protests continue in Caracas, Venezuela, against Nicolás Maduro’s alleged electoral fraud. Reports that soldiers have been shooting unarmed citizens. Arrests of those protesting are facing a 10 year jail term.
Venezuela has suspended its diplomatic ties with Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay; following these countries declarations that Sunday’s election in Venezuela was fraudulent and calling for Nicolás Maduro to step-down as President.
Armed gangsters who used to love Maduro are now coming out against him. The leader of the criminal gang “Tren del Llano” just published a video issuing a warning to Maduro’s security forces to stand down against the people. Reports of police and military units standing down and joining the protestors.
OBSERVATION - At least on this short term, protests and efforts to demand Maduro step down appear to be gaining traction and are components of an incipient civil war. The big question is do they have the fortitude to go the whole distance - even at the cost of significant lives?
Maduro’s reign is currently in a precarious position unless he can quickly clamp down on these protestors.

More than 1,000 known Tren De Aragua (TdA) members are in the U.S. and have been given the “green light” to fire on and attack law enforcement according to an internal bulletin that went out across Border Patrol—The agency has encountered nearly 70 TdA members since October of 2023—TdA is the largest criminal organization in Venezuela and its membership has spread throughout the Western Hemisphere and into the U.S.
The officer safety bulletin cites that Denver and New York received credible information on the threats. This morning sources within New York State police confirmed they have been alerted of the potential for “green light” attacks on law enforcement. Officers in New York are being told to remain vigilant and to reach out to their Strategic Criminal Intelligence Unit Detective or GANG Detective if contact is made with an individual associated to TdA.
One alert says that “TdA is known to exploit immigrant populations and carry out acts of violent crime.”
OBSERVATION - Results of an uncontrolled border. This will stress law enforcement even further to address this direct threat on top of the massive amount of other crime.

Ali Muhammed Yahya was also reported killed by Israel, he was reportedly responsible for the attack on the children at the soccer game.
Iranian media: The Iranian Vice President says that his country has no intention of escalating the conflict

Dynamic targeted strikes overnight based on first order targetable intelligence. The taking out of Shukr in Beirut was a master stroke in itself. Man the Mossad rocks. A very loud and strong signal to Hezbollah in response to the Druze kids killed on the soccer field.
The more substantial one was the hit on Haniyeh in Tehran! Nothing definite about the weapon used. Iranian sources are pushing that it was an air borne guided munition of some sort, though peripheral evidence is at this stage weak. Perhaps later today Iran will produce identifiable fragments.
If it was a guided bomb or cruise-type missile, the Iran was caught with its pants down around its ankles. The penetrating aircraft / cruise missile went through any early warning radar systems without detection - and into range of the nation’s capitol. This kind of profile is potentially similar to that used in April to hit a S400 battery protecting one of Irans key nuclear facilities.
An F-35 has the potential stealth capability to avoid radars, but the flight round trip would require refueling - an act that could expose it to detection. However, the April attack shows that some of that can be avoided. This leaves the second part - use of a cruise missile system - potentially with stealth - to hit the pinpoint target.
This strike has got to be giving Iranian military planners massive headaches - two mega failures and great embarrassment to the nation.
Will we see a new missile and drone attack from Iran like we saw back in April? The answer is a probable YES, as islamic ‘honor’ demands a show of strength. However, in this case, Israel has kicked two hornets nests, by hitting Hezbollah at the same time. There is a three day morning period in Iran, so a guesstimate of when an attack window could open from iran is after the period of grieving. Three days would give them the opportunity to work our the logistics and coordination necessary to launch a large counter strike.
Hezbollah may well have a tighter response frame given that much of their offensive capability is ready and waiting in the ground.
Israel for its part is making preparations for a large response with additional ADA batteries moving north, air space controls and the likely call up of reserve forces. in its retaliatory strike against Hezbollah, Israel was both restrained (one target) but bold in the target choice. This places Hezbollah at a disadvantage in the PR realm.
One aspect hurting Hezbollah is the establishment of replacement of all the senior commanders that have been taken out by Israel in the last couple months. While Hezbollah is a semi-military outfit, rising to senior command levels is often a very vicious matter between competing individuals, with the baddest dog taking the position. These internal fights are not in the open, but are likely going on. While they do, a competent chain of command to organize and execute offensive operations against a disciplined Israeli army is in a degree of shambles, as those lines of command have not been fully re-established.
Iran has a similar problem. The unreliability of its ballistic missiles and the ease with which the drones were dispatched has to have forced them to reevaluate their counterstrike options even before this latest event. Add to it the ease with which Israel was able to penetrate Iranian air defenses (if it was an aerial weapon of some sort) twice in a row has to give them pause on how big of a response to muster without suffering the wrath of another unchallenged Israeli strike.
Potential worst case scenario is a joint massive rocket/missile/drone strike by Hezbollah and Iran to overwhelm Israeli air defenses as well as limit other nations going after the cruise missiles and drones. This could result in several thousands of rockets per day coming from Hezbollah over several days. Iran would likely only muster a launch of similar size to that of April and most likely one day’s worth.
Will Hezbollah attempt to follow this up with a ground invasion? It is possible, but as noted above, command and control due to loss of key commanders may make the effort difficult.
Will this be enough to trigger Israel to launch its ground operations into Lebanon? The indicators I’m seeing from public statements is that Israel would prefer not to initiate at this time but has the minimal forces necessary and in position to do so. This would almost be the preemptive Hezbollah strike option I’ve noted here before. However, indicators suggest Israel is nominally ready to execute.
Finally, it is hard to say just when Hezbollah and Iran will act. I strongly believe they will act together to maximize stress of Israeli defenses. Hezbollah has the shorter readiness window, Iran will take a few days. The extent of the response will indicate just how big the conflict will flare up.
Venezuela -
The country continues to be in turmoil as hundreds of thousands of citizens continue to protest calling for Maduro to step down. Hundreds have been reportedly arrested.
Unconfirmed reports that Maduro has fled from the Miraflores Palace. Recent announcements indicate that he is still trying to hold onto power.
There are growing numbers of the Venezuelan military switching sides to join the opposition. There has been growth in armed opposition elements.
A new group of armed civilians called Conexión en Oriente de Venezuela has joined the Tren del Llano and issued a warning to the Nicolás Maduro regime: “Whoever generates violence against the people, we are going to counterattack. The people must respect each other.”
Venezuelan opposition elements have taken over control of the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía.
The streets of Caracas are packed to the brim with protesters out to support opposition leader María Corina Machado during her first major speech since the election. Maduro’s thugs attempted to launch an assault on the crowd of 100 000+ who had gathered to listen to opposition leader Maria Corina Machado’s first speech after the election.
The assault failed to disperse the crowds.
OBSERVATION - Maduro’s forces have not put down the opposition protests and those protests continue to grow and gather increasingly lethal support. Having gone through years of oppression, the will of the masses to stand and fight back has grown substantially. However, I expect that these protests have to go to the next level and push back even harder against Maduro - and that means increasing the level of combat directly towards where ever he is ruling from. If they just continue to march in the streets, Maduro will just work to ride the wave of emotion / anger out. Opposition has to strike while the iron is hot and go for the jugular - which means the likelihood of a level of Civil war increases. The opposition has the momentum and initiative at the moment.
I would not be alive 200 days into her term.
Nor would several other people.
