Our Founding Fathers expected moral people to occupy judgeships, and for moral people to select said judges... but they also warned us of the peril to expect if the citizens turned away from God.

It would be easy to blame the founders for the difficulty in ridding ourselves of these black-robed tyrants, but their guiding ethos is all but gone, so good luck in turning the ship around America.

One can probably count on one hand how many corrupt judges in all of America, have not been retained via election votes cast against them in the last TWENTY years.

I’ve said elsewhere that the open corruption we now see is downstream from the cause, usually by a decade or more. That’s how long this country has been dead and rotting, without most people noticing.

If the US is going to use election-related machines, there is no excuse for proprietary software. A single approved, government-written and maintained code should be mandatory for use in every US election at every level. You can make and sell your own proprietary machines, but they must contain no communications hardware and NO code, except for the single authorized election code.

The penalty for executing unauthorized computer code on an election machine should be voiding the recent elections and re-running them, forfeiture of the company, and imprisonment of the Board, the Leadership, and the Tech department.
