No state should have the legal power to prevent American citizens from petitioning Congress or conveying information to it.
We already have mass government censorship and surveillance, we already have a politicized DOJ/IRS/DoS that have been weaponized against those less connected to the establishment, we have political prisoners, intimidation tactics, and frankly the elections themselves are highly questionable having been gamed/manipulated to the point where some have a huge advantage.
The only silver lining is that we don’t shoot people in the head for disagreeing, yet.
