Okay, but the Senate will just turn around & confirm him, and some of the Republican RINO Senators will join with the Democrats. But the introduction of this was definitely great timing, as it will take it into 2024 before they are able to do so. Which of course is a good thing. 🙂
That may happen, but I don’t think they can do it retroactively which would mean that nothing he has done can count. The Senate probably thinks they have the authority, and it would be interesting for it to go to the SCOTUS.
