I think this relates to the LAPD and their hiring DACA/illegal aliens for the department. The ruling will allow illegals to carry weapons off duty. I understand it's all but impossible for a citizen in LA to be granted the same right.
That is very unsettling, and lends credence to the rumors that many of these illegals may be used as state police against citizens.
