Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson expressed his hesitation about discussing aliens during an appearance on the “Redacted” podcast that aired Dec. 12.
Carlson, who recently launched the Tucker Carlson Network, revealed that the information he has come across is so unsettling that he feels unable to share it even with his wife. “This is another story where there are some fanciful ideas floating around but there just isn’t any evidence that they’re true,” Carlson told Redacted.
“I do not understand at all that are really, really, really dark. So dark that I haven’t told my wife about it. I haven’t verified any of this, but this isn’t stuff I just read on the internet.”

It’s sort of fun to think about. Exoplanets do exist, so that ups the odds more of intelligences other than ours....Yes, yes, we being intelligent is purely speculative considering the evidence, but I see to much physics in the way for them to come here. Why even here? We are a noisy planet, but we’ve had radio for what? 200 years, so any life capable of receiving it and decided to check out the neighbors have to be within 200 light years. Then physics raises it’s ugly head again. I think if there are civilizations, we are separated for a reason.
For us Christians, that gives us a very good idea of what we are dealing with.
Why would a government keep this stuff a secret? Why would ALL governments keep this a secret?
Governments keep secrets for a lot of reasons:
1. To protect an advantage. This makes sense if we’ve adapted some of this militarily.
2. To “protect” the people from fear. This is the “If they knew what was going on, we couldn’t control them.”
3. To “Protect” the status quo. If telling the secret would result in a disruption of the economy or balance of power, keeping mum would make sense. This applies to the religious implications as well as the revelation of tech knowledge that would make quantum changes in things like transport and power generation. Those things would destroy economies and nations.
4. Protect the government from the people. This is the result of telling lie after lie after lie. The truth would reveal that the government has been lying forever and exposing the lies would subject the government to embarrassment or such harsh retaliation that it would not survive. Examples would be if the truth were that the governments were dealing with the remnants of a Nazi government in exile (one of the conspiracy theories.). Another example would be if it were revealed that our government agreed to allow human harvesting for the aliens (the theme of the X files.)
5. There are no secrets. The government has no idea and has been telling the truth since 1947. (You have to present the most absurd options when laying out choices. LOL)
I think the most likely scenario is Option 1 and 4.
The government only cares about “protecting” people when it suits their needs.
What specific point is that? Freep mail me if you need to.;-)
“Like I should believe *aliens* over God and His word?”
You are free to believe what you wish—but Tucker does not want to anger you—that is the issue here.
Aliens cannot travel at the speed of light.

You know that how?
Then there is the Einstein-Rosen drive.
The existence of some non-human beings wouldn't destroy the Bible...but it might force some people to expand their thinking.
If Tucker can look at his audience with a straight face and act like he believes this nonsense, then you know Tucker is either a liar or an idiot.
He likes to interview “ex government” fraudsters who sort of kind of act like they know something.
I’ve had a life long interest in UFOs and aliens and these stories are bogus.
Many people also believe in the Easter Bunny and that the earth is flat...
If they are from ancient civilizations beneath the planet (how does that work exactly, anyway?), then they would not be "aliens".
As for being from other dimensions, what does that imply? That their location in their dimension is in close proximity to our location in ours? That would be quite a coincidence.
Titus' assumptions are much like my own when it comes to aliens.
Assumption #1: There IS other intelligent life out there, but the universe is incomprehensibly large. With hundreds of billions of galaxies, each containing hundreds of billions of stars, it is very likely that other intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe. It would be more remarkable if it did not.
Assumption #2: Aliens CAN travel at the speed of light. I don't believe this, but I am accepting it in theory.
Given these two assumptions, what can we deduce? Mankind has been producing signals (radio, TV, etc.) for about 130 years (first radio transmission was in 1897). That means that in order for an alien civilization to even be able to detect intelligent life from their location, they would have to be within 130 light-years of Earth (incredibly unlikely, given the size of the universe).
IF they were within that distance, and IF they could travel at the speed of light, and IF they left their location the moment they detected our presence, they STILL wouldn't be able to get here for another 130 years from NOW.
Here's a question: today, almost everyone in any civilized country on the planet has a smart phone capable of taking very good, high resolution photos and videos, and they have them with them at all times. Yet somehow, no one has managed to get a single decent photo or video of an alien craft. Why? The only ones I've seen are blurry, jumpy, or easily identifiable as something like an airplane. I love how eye witnesses (in numerous "sightings") describe the "alien" ship as being triangular, with flashing red and green lights. Hmmm, what else has flashing red and green lights? Oh, I know! AN AIRPLANE! And with a flashing green light on one wingtip, a flashing red light on the other, and a white one on the rear, what shape do they form? A triangle.
There is no Easter Bunny, the Earth is round, and aliens have NEVER been here. They aren't flying around observing us, they aren't mutilating livestock, and they aren't abducting people and shoving probes up their butts.
People are stupid, and people are gullible. The "aliens have been here" people are right up there with the "we never landed on the moon" clowns.
For all of them, I have this (well, this and a boatload of disdain):
6. The “aliens” do not want the governments to disclose.
Enjoy your restful slumber—while you can.
Tucker is hardly an idiot and most of us here take him seriously. You being a neocon probably don’t like him because he’s a little too American first for your ilk.
Tucker is doing this as a distraction to help the UniParty steal another election for Biden.
that the ship couldn’t carry the bulk load of (nuclear fuel) and travel the distance.

Assuming it uses fission drive.
What about a fusion drive?
What about a zero point drive?
What about a Einstein-Rosen Drive?
Will do. Meanwhile, maybe you want to reserve a bunk for the next time a comet comes by with an alien ship hiding behind it.
Global Warming will drive them away. Everyone should exhale more CO2.
Aliens could travel through a wormhole, also known as an Einstein-Rosen bridge.
Angels & Demons would be extra terrestrial. People surely won’t believe in those. Instead they choose to believe a lie.
So the Earth has been around for billions of years and hominids for millions of years but the aliens just happen to be showing up right now? Seems improbable.
