I predict that Biden will run for President; however, the Dimocrat power people will “convince” Harris not to run on the ticket. The VP candidate could be Ms Obama...or anyone of Dims choosing.
Then, if elected, Biden will retire in a month or two after inauguration and VP will take over.
Course if Trump wins, he will serve all four yrs MINUS a month before his end of term. He will resign, making him eligible to run again! :)

It is painfully obvious that Biden does not have the mental acuity to be POTUS. His being an hour late is probably due to his being given a cocktail of drugs and intense rehearsals of the questions. To think of him being POTUS for another four years is frightening.
