Honestly, no one in the government, or military, should be engaging or accessing political websites of any sort DURING WORK HOURS. You do that kind of stuff at home. Military firewalls already block websites like the Gateway Pundit, and many, many others, whether they be conservative or liberal.
So this actually comes as no surprise to me.

I tend to agree with you. The blocking of Gateway Pundit could be matter of policy that affects all political websites.
I am not a fan of Gateway Pundit, some of their stuff seems a little overdone in the truth department.
If Gateway is the only one blocked, then they have a complaint. If they are one of many then they are at it again, selling clickbait.

I’d say that an employer can block access to anything they want from their own computers or networks. My employer, a state government agency, blocks Netflix. Gee I wonder why?
