Good morning. Did you sleep well?
I slept eight hours solid. I can’t even remember when the last time was that I did that — probably before CFIDS turned my life upside down. But I feel somewhat better this morning. Not rested, but better!
It’s 65°, will be in the low 90s for the rest of the week, then drop into the 80s, where it should be this time of year, so I’m lovin’ it!
Chip seems to sleep based on whether I’m gone for long periods, and I don’t know if that’s because it stresses him for me to be gone, or if he likes it better to be left alone. Strange.
Jake gets upset when I’m not here, no matter how many other people are.
Not a very good night. I have a sinus headache and a pain in my back. I’m sure it will all improve as the day goes on.
