I played Wordle one day last week and realized I had forgotten how to play! It took me six tries, probably 20 minutes, and I think it was harder than my very first try at it.

I’m debating whether to start doing it every day again, or whether to just fuhgeddaboudit.

It’s interesting how many game ads I see on my phone tell me that they’re good for fighting dementia or improving my cognitive skills. I suspect it’s like any other exercise. If you just keep doing one kind, that becomes fairly easy so you need to change things up.

So if you want to be able to Wordle, you should go back to it. If you just want something to exercise your brain, I suspect Wordle is just one option.

When Wordle gets too boring, I’m either at Epoch Times doing the Daily Crossword, or trying to stay ahead of pirates in the seas around southeast Asia.
