The truth is, that AI report is a factual summary of public information on the Fox settlement with Dominion.

Which if anything, tends to support the claim that Fox collaborated to throw the election to Biden. That they would give up without a fight on a clearly winnable case indicates there is something else going on here.

I would say there were at least 100 things that went wrong for Trump in 2020, and if we list them from most to least important, then Fox calling Arizona too early is somewhere below halfway down the list.

I don't care where a backstabbing traitor is on the list of important things to worry about, I need only conclude that someone is one to decide they are the enemy from henceforward.

Fox burned their bridge with me. So far as I'm concerned, I hope they go out of business.

Of all the major news outlets, Fox News is the least worst and nearly all of what annoys me most about them falls into the category of "fair and balanced", meaning Fox lets Democrats express their opinions too.

My intent is to make NewsMax the dominant news outlet in America. My way of accomplishing this is to watch them and to refuse to watch Fox or any of the others.

And encourage others to do likewise.

Sure, possibly, or maybe Fox feared the case was not as "winnable" as some people say, especially in the court of public opinion -- meaning the publicity could be fatal to Fox and so they paid to avoid it.

I've watched NewsMax on occasion and find it decidedly uninteresting, can't really put my finger on why.
And I'm not aware of any specific news report where News Max gave a decidedly different take on it than I could get from Fox.

So I'm fine with News Max, but don't see them ever replacing Fox, absent some major collapse such as might have resulted from the Dominion suit had Fox made a big fight of it.
