At 6:03 it looks like one of the “protesters” gave a high five to one of the smiling Capitol Police officers who led them into the Capitol Building. Quite the insurrection

It had to be "morphed" into an "insurrection" for political purposes, namely the language to keep Trump off the ballot.

I've already seen some pretty shocking video. The other day I saw video of the police firing into the peaceful crowd with rubber bullets and tossing flash bang after flash bang into the crowd as well as throwing tear gas at them.

The way the police were behaving, they are lucky they didn't all get stomped and beaten down.

Had it been anyplace but DC, those cops would have been toast.

About a week ago one of the conservative sites I frequent pointed out that on Jan 6th the congress wasn’t set to seat biden that day, that they were going thru the process of scrutinizing the electors somehow and that was what got interrupted by the turmoil.

FR figured this out on Jan 7. Hint: look at the timing of the "discovery" of the "bombs". Case closed.

It could, if anyone bothered to see the big picture of need to get decent people into those jobs or positions (just like with local school boards towns cities counties) good people have to choose to get involved.

It’s really Just that simple and change can happen quickly From their.

At the moment our new speaker of the house is showing US just that. Be a decent person, in line with Const and laws and rights of Citizens and do what you can from there forward.

Your defeatist attitude surely won’t help. Hope God changes your mind and inspires your heart to action.
