Government schools are an awful idea. I support homeschooling for the basic stuff (reading, writing, arithmetic) and trade schools for those who want to work. All kinds of trades. Any trade you can think of. I guess you need universities for medicine and engineering.
Scott Adams is right — segregation is a good thing and if you see that the demographics are not in your favor, you need to get out.
There is no way to salvage the present education system. It needs to be junked and we need to start over with a focus on (are you ready?) education. Presently, the system is focused on creating compliant, unthinking drones who will mindlessly vote for Democrats.

I would posit that “teacher flight” has more to do with content than race. Then again, many “retired” when faced with take the shot or else.

There was a “skittles” case in GA that is available on YouTube. A teacher of 5 year olds rewarded good behavior with a small cup of candy. One young man who was consistently a problem didn’t earn a reward and promptly had a meltdown. He broke classroom property knocking a computer off the desk and attempted to bite the teacher.
That’s where it got interesting. The teacher instinctively pulled his arm away causing the child to lose his footing and bang his head while falling. His mother involved the schoolboard who took her side over that of the white male teacher.
Black female “investigators” were attempting to set up a situation where he would be criminally charged with child endangerment! Thank goodness he had a skilled attorney who was familiar with the “culture” of the county’s educational system and got the nonsense dismissed.
Why waste time trying to teach the unteachable.

Too many public school systems have become WOKE and are anti white. Concerned whites should opt out for private schools or home schooling. All one has to do is watch TV, 85 to 90% of commercials are black, Asian or inter racial, and in most cases whites are portrayed as boobs. Shame on us we gave it away.
Fairfax County Public Schools’ (Virginia) tactic is to make absolutely onerous rules that no teacher could ever live up to... but selectively ignore trannies and blacks who don’t follow them. One principal’s PhD was about how white people are inherently incompetent to teach black kids. The funny thing is that for all the black people they’re hiring to relate to minorities better, most of the minorities are from Central America or South Asia. So how exactly are black teachers better at teaching Hispanics.
