I guess they omitted the private space exploration and launch efforts of companies like Space-X.
Russia's space program is not even close to the size and scope of the US. So far in 2023 US based organizations have launched 95 rockets into orbit, China has launched 52, Russia has launched 14, and India has launched 7.
Why not rely on facts instead of your emotional desire to see Russia as some great success?
The grift machine will operate during the US funded rebuilding as well.
