Owen Shroyer’s lawyer, Norm Pattis, says the InfoWars host has disappeared into a ‘blackhole’ since he was sentenced to two months in prison for his alleged role during the January 6 protest.
An update posted on his X, formerly Twitter, account reads:
“Owen will remain in solitary confinement until 11/28 at the earliest. At that time his normal privileges will be reinstated. For now he is only able to communicate via mail. Despite 23 hours a day of lockdown, he remains in good spirits. ‘I’m as mentally strong as ever.'”
Speaking with InfoWars, Pattis said:
“I sent a note to the prison to find out what was going on; they wrote back immediately saying, ‘As soon as we find someone to address this, we’ll get back to you,’ but they never got back to me.”

I’m a wimp. I think if I were sentenced to federal (or even state) prision, I’d want to be in solitary confinement.
For all the psychological damage solitary can do, you’ve no due-process in the matter...this is punishment, nothing less. For nothing.
According to the judge’s sentencing document, Owen’s “crime” was showing no remorse for continuing to assert that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump.
If this is allowed to stand, they could march half the country into the FEMA camps for the same “crime.”
‘Half the country’ seriously outnumbers them and could, without any weapons if need be, pull them all from their spider holes and stomp them into paste. And the problem would be solved.
This is to send a message to cow ‘more than half the country’ so that doesn’t happen. Just like that ants and grasshoppers movie where the lead grasshopper explains the ants better not realize they outnumber the grasshoppers or the grasshoppers are in a world of hurt.

The size of the bases are disputable, but there surely are bases.
Mass mail-based elections are a violation of due process IMO.

GA is clearly demonstrating the cheat when they told the court the 147,000 mail-in ballots they cited as evidence was lost / missing, setting up a Brady Rule. This judge needs to be advised about that.

One thing conservative s learned from this is if we are going to organize a mass protest or gathering in the future you don’t do it in DC or any other far left city. Second, organize massive online coverage including on Twitter. We can draw much more attention online than with the MSM.
Speaker Mike Johnson had scheduled a visit with Owen on Friday, which is probably why they decided to release him.
