In Nashville, a woman named Jillian Ludwig was murdered because the government refused to lock up a violent serial criminal named Shaquille Taylor, who had a previous history of shooting at people.

NBC News gave this explanation for why the government refused to lock Taylor up after he had previously shot at people:

Taylor had been criminally charged multiple times in the past, including in 2021 when he was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

Authorities said he and another man allegedly shot at a woman while she was driving with her two children. At least two bullets hit the vehicle. The charges were ultimately dismissed earlier this year and Taylor was released after court-appointed doctors testified that he was incompetent to stand trial. Under federal and state law, mentally incompetent defendants cannot be prosecuted.

She died. Damn. Last I read, she was in critical condition. I'm so sick of this.

We don't have to live like this.

Death by government. Almost as common as death by suddenly.

Yet he was still able to get his hands on a gun! If he’s mentally incompetent to stand trial, he’s certainly not competent to possess a deadly weapon. But the media never brings that part up. Suddenly they’re all about gun rights! 🤬

If he was competent enough to get a gun, load it, and shoot at people with it, he’s competent enough to stand trial for it.

I’m so sick of people being excused for their bad decisions.

Justice is based on their actions, not their attitude or mental state at the time.

“I’m so sick of this. We don’t have to live like this.”

Think of the alternative - to put an end to this might mean having to elect some RINOs (rather than Democrats).

...so things could even be worse, since RINOs embarrass us conservatives.

Eventually we won’t. Eventually everyone will become insane. The only ones held accountable will be those thar cross some invisible line.

We don't, but we will.

The alternative is being called "racist" for the crime of pattern recognition.

And there's no greater fear in America today than being called a racist.

So we offer up our children to a demographic of subhumans who commit homicide for nothing more than recreation. Who will pull a trigger and destroy a family out of boredom.

Every time you hear or see the name “Emmett Till”, say, “Who was Cannon Hinnant?”

Say his name.

Makes you understand why somebody in the Nashville police department leaked the tranny's manifesto to someone who would put it to good use.

How many senseless lives have been lost at the hands of violent criminals who were given a pass by liberal District Attorneys, Attorney Generals, and Judges? Every single one of them who is guilty of coddling and releasing violent felons, that go out and kill and maim again, need to be held criminally responsible for their actions. Only then will these a-holes begin to realize how irresponsible they have been. Maybe they need to be required to report to the scene of a murder committed by the individual they'd set free, force them to partake in every step of the murder investigation, including the autopsy. Let them get their hands dirty, force them to be assigned to police officers who deal with these atrocities every day. They get off way too easy for their arrogance, and ignorance.

“What you just said makes absolutely no sense....”

Exactly, but I wouldn’t have said it if it didn’t represent what plenty of people here have essentially stated (that Dems are better than RINOs).

Mentally incompetent criminals may not be prosecutable, but they can be locked in mental institution, even forever.
Something seems wrong here.

When you think about it they’re both “death by government”.

In a news release, police said the investigation “shows that Taylor was standing on 13th Ct when he opened fire on a car traveling on 13th Ct toward Deford Bailey Avenue at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday. At that same time, Ludwig was walking in the park located on the opposite side of Deford Bailey Avenue.” The release continues: One of Taylor’s shots is alleged to have struck Ludwig in the head, causing her to immediately collapse. She was discovered on the ground at approximately 3:30 p.m. by a passerby who quickly notified police. Ludwig was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she is in extremely critical condition.

She lay dying there for more than an hour before a White person walked by!

I guess that depends...
Do you want to argue with someone who hates you and admits it, or someone who tells you what you want to hear to your face, then when you turn around, sinks a knife between your shoulder blades?

I would rather fight my enemy face to face
