Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Time to override Tuberville. He’s an idiot.

“Still, most Republicans want to avoid voting on a resolution to bypass Tuberville, which Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said he plans to bring to the Senate floor. That resolution, which would bundle the nominations to shorten the time for processing them, would require 60 votes, but set a precedent eroding the power of every individual senator to gum up the works to get the attention of the administration.”

“Putin Confronts Financial ‘Waterloo’ Risk to Choke Off Inflation”

“Central bank gets greenlighted to keep monetary policy tight”

“Heavy spending linked to war effort has put pressure on prices”

“As Russia’s central bank prepared to lift interest rates last week, an executive at a top state lender warned policymakers were confronting no less than their “Waterloo” — a battle with inflation whose outcome would prove momentous for the country’s financial institutions and markets.

The eventual hike was double the forecast of most economists, a decision that left Russia with one of the world’s highest rates when adjusted for inflation. It marked the culmination of a shift in official thinking over the risks of a price spiral, according to people familiar with the matter, as looming presidential elections stretch spending commitments already swollen by Russia’s war in Ukraine.”

More pain for RuZZians.

“The [RuZZian] central bank expects its key rate to average 12.5%-14.5% next year.”

...

“It’s also a threat for wide segments of the financial market such as unsubsidized mortgages as well as lending to consumers and companies, Belenkaya said. Floating-rate debt accounts for more than 40% of consumer credit, leaving it particularly exposed.”

The Zaliv construction plant was a very important facility for the #Russians and was reliably guarded by the most modern #Russian air defense.

Kerch has among the best air defense systems outside of Moscow. The Stormshadow's terminal maneuver should make it vulnerable to point defense systems like the Pantsir, but Russia still seems unable to defend against them. If Russia likes the old Stormshadows, they will love the JASSM/LRASM. We have them in large numbers, and just doubled production to 1,000/year, with a planned inventory of 10,000. Of course, the primary reason we are buying so many JASSM/LRASM (and Tomahawk) is for China, but they will work just fine in Russia if needed.

“The Al-Azhar University building in the Gaza Strip was completely destroyed”

Al Azhar in Cairo (the mothership of an extensive network of related Islamic schools, including this one in Gaza), above all else, is viewed (and views itself) as the pre-eminent authority on interpreting Islamic law. They have been at it over 1,000 years.

It has long been associated with the Muslim Brotherhood (of which Hamas is the local Gaza chapter). Al Azhar is what Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood view as their ultimate religious authority.

When the Egyptian Military overthrew the Muslim Brotherhood Government in Egypt, the hard-liners at al Azhar had to leave the country, recant their positions, or go to jail. That Gaza facility likely harbored some of those.

My guess is a 4-ship of F-16s dropping 2 2000# JDAMs each.

Plentiful and cheap, iron bombs are an incredibly effective weapon when the enemy has no air defense. Ukraine's cities would be rubble if not for Russia's failure to achieve air superiority.

What is the significance? (of the Bayraktar TB2)

Ukraine announced several months ago that they were buying more Bayraktar TB2s.

I believe they were keeping them in reserve in the event of a ruzzian breakout.

They were not using them during the counter-offensive due to the ruzzian surface to air threat.

So, using the TB2s now would indicate a significant decrease in the ruzzian surface to air threat.

Just my opinion.

The Stormshadow's terminal maneuver should make it vulnerable to point defense systems like the Pantsir, but Russia still seems unable to defend against them.

The terminal maneuver is necessary when going against hardened targets, such as an underground bunker.

I wonder if the Stormshadows are programmed to always execute the terminal maneuver.

I would hope that the Stormshadows would be able to execute a level attack, which would be preferred against a docked ship.

My hope is that Ukraine's F-16s will carry JASSMs/LRASMs.

From what I understand, target identification/confirmation is performed during the popup, and strike is automatically aborted if the target is not confirmed by the missile. There may be other options.

Adding Taurus Cruise Missiles To Ukraine’s Su-24s Would Take Six Months

Restarting production of the Taurus cruise missile and political factors remain roadblocks to sending these weapons to Ukraine.

Yeah, well you’re creepy for making that comment.

Suggest you go back to cleaning your cat’s litter box and finish reshuffling your clutter to the other side of your trailer home. Tornado season is just around the corner so you should probably start prepping now.

What a maroon.

What an maroon.

Suggest you hit another AA meeting and deal with your idiocy and resentments. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe one of the 12 Steps addresses that. Deal with it.

Dude, push back from the keyboard, put the bottle of cheap vodka down, go out for walk and get a life. There is much more to life than the trailer park you live in.

You are truly pathetic.

I thought you sounded like a retread, as nasty with personal attacks and off-topic as the retreads always are.
